Brief Introduction

SUKAGlucan is a kind of β-Glucanase preparation got through its high yield microorganism strain fermentation. SUKAGlucan could hydrolyze the glucan in feed of poultry and pig containing a lot of grain product such as barley, wheat and rye, etc, therefore to increase efficiency of feed utilization, enhance the intake of nutrients, and improve animal growing ability. This product could also be used in brewing industry to promote the hydrolysis of glucan in the process of wort clarification and beer filtering.

Function

SUKAGlucan could be used in brewing, fruit juice extraction, clarification of wine and animal feed industry. High qualityβ-1,3-1,4-glucanase could hydrolyze the glucan in feed of poultry and pig containing a lot of barley, wheat and rye, etc. It could also be used in brewing industry to promote the hydrolysis of glucan in the process of wort clarification and beer filtering.

Dosage

Used as feed additives, the adding proportion should be 0.05-0.1%

Unit Definition

The amount of enzymes needed to hydrolyze 1mg starch within one hour under conditions of acting temperature 40°C and pH4.6.

25kg/plastic drum. Alternative packaging is available according to customers’ requirements.

Storage

SUKAGlucan should be stored at room temperature (21 to 25°C) in a dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. SUKAGluCan maintains its enzymatic activity for considerably longer time when stored at lower temperatures (below 25°C) but the product should not be frozen. Shelf life is guaranteed for 2 years. Keep this product out of reach of children.
