2.1 The main control screen for AC Coloring Power Supply

Note:

On the main control screen, you can use manual to set up output voltage (press “SET V”), presoak time (press “PRE T”), color time (press “WORK T”) and added color time (press “DTEC T”, this time can be set when you need to add the color).

Only when the “V-ORG” turns red, you can press “START” button to start the machine.

When the output voltage of the machine rising (“V-DEC”) or lowering (“V-INC”), the corresponding indicator light will be turn rad. When the (“V-TOP”) is flashing, the voltage regulator has outputted maximal voltage and stop to rising.

When you select “AUTO”, if you want to use last parameter again, you only need to click “DEF PRM” button or “START” button, the PLC will sent the last parameter again to use for you, that is very convenient.

2.2 The [SET PARAMETER] screen for AC Coloring Power Supply

Note:

Press the "PRM SET" button on the main control picture, it will require to input the password, you can enter the following [SET PARAMETER] screen only when you input the correct password, in the [SET PARAMETER] screen, you can according to the technical requirement (press “UP” or “DOWN” to input the different parameter) separately to set up output voltage (press “SET V”), presoak time (press “PRE T”), color time (press “WORK T”) and added color time (press “DTEC T”) parameters for 20 colors at most, press “BACK” to save the parameters and back to the main control screen.

Attention please, these parameters only use for reference!

2.3 The [COLOR SELECT] screen for AC Coloring Power

Note:

Press the "COLOR" button on the main control screen, you can directly entre the following [COLOR SELECT] screen, in this screen, you can according to the technical requirement press "UP" or “DOWN” button to select needed color number or parameter, and then press "OK" button to back the main control screen. On the main control screen, press "START" button, the machine will be start by this parameter.

Attention please, because the shape of aluminum is not same, if you want to get the same color of every shape of aluminum, please press “DEF PRM” button on the main control screen to get the technical requirement of this color, and then according to experience, adjust properly the “AC T” or “AC V” with manual.

2.4 The [SET PASSWORD] screen for AC Coloring Power Supply

Note:

Press the "PSW SET" button on the main control picture, it will require to input the password, you can enter the following [SET PASSWORD] screen only when you input the correct password, in the [SET PASSWORD] screen, you can set up separately password for entre [SET PARAMETER] screen and [SET PASSWORD] screen, press "BACK" button to return to main control screen after finish setting the password.
