Production Line:

With the technic of traditional manual blow, full automatic machine press and blown, we have more than 50 prodcution lines, our product range covers all kind of high quality glassware, such as glass bottle, wine glass, water glass and so on. Thanks to many years of glassware experience, we can finish all the after production process including flower-carving, logo printing, color painting, gold painting, etc. Perfect transparency with good aesthetics and practical utility, our products are highly appreciated in domestic and overseas clients, such as, Maotai, Wuliangye, Changyu, Home Center, Tiger, and so on.

Hand Mading

We have more than 30 hand made production lines for manufacturing high quality red wine glass, champange glass ,martini glass, cocktail glass, glass decanters, glass pitchers, glass pots ,glass tumblers etc...... our hand made production are high craft with large daily out put, very famaouse in china domestic markets.

Machine Blowing

There has 5 machine blowing production lines , can make high quality glass tumbers ,water glass, glass pots, glass jars ,glass bottles etc for more than 1500000pcs per month, accept OEM size and designs .

Machine Pressing

With more than 15 machine pressing production line with 100000kg out put per day , we can make glass bottles , glass vases, glass fruit dishes, glass bowls ,glass jars ,glass ashtraies, glass candy jars, glass ice cream holders, glass cups, glass crisper etc. we had made lots of bottles for china famouse white wine brand such as Maotai,Wuliangye,Fenjiu,Guojiao,Jiangjing,Sixiantaibai,shuijingfang,Jiannanchun,Liuyanghe etc, and also had made lots of vodaka ,whisky bottles for Russina, American ect market.

Annealing Furnace

We have 6 annealing furnaces for annealing the glass products and decaling. the highest temperature is500-600°C degress, so the decaling logos and flowers on the cup can not easy to be washed off or scraping,they can be washed by the wash machings.

Packaging & Shipping

Quality Checking and Packing

By strict quality checking for 3 processes, and never used the recycle materials.in order to keep the products safety ,we have professional inner card box packing and strong exprot master cartons packing . the packing can print customers OEM logos and shipping marks.

Ware House:

With large ware house space , we can keep 100 containers production in the same tine , and with clean environment,they can keep clean and dry for the cartons.

Shipment:

Fast and safety shipment is our sevice for the customers , we delivery at least 5 containers products at least per day. customers can chose the convenient ports as your favor. we can delivery by sea, air ,train to the oversea countries.

We have passed the ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification, Our products material had passed EU,SGS,FDA,GB etc testing , we have only one kind of super white clear glass material ,it is safety for drinking the wine, juice, tea ,coffer,water,milk ect....
