Non-permeable Treatment for Drilling Fluids WLP-1

Overview

WLP-1 is a new water-based drilling fluid additive with put forward in recent years. It is a specialty polymer with a variety of natural materials made through the special process refining. The products have been widely at home and abroad in various districts of the promotion and application to obtain a good protection to prevent the wall collapsed and the effect of reservoir.

Features

Its swelling capability and rheological property can seal the large hole and form a pervasive sealing film to seal different kinds of permeable formation and small cracks.

Its formed thin film, on the appearance of shales, does not invade shales too much. Its invading depth is less than 7cm. If completion needs being perforated, it will not damage oil and gas reservior.

It can avoid loss of circulation.

It has a good thermal stability with standing 180°C or above so as to be applied in deep wells and super deep wells.

It is not toxic and helps to protect enviroment.

Package and Storage

They are packaged in a triple sack with the lined bag. Each sack is 25kg. And they shall be stored in shady, dry and place with good ventilation.

Safety

They shall be avoided to touch with eyes, skin and clothes. If touched, they shall be cleaned by a great amount of clean water. The handling method and risky data shall be referred to MSDS.
