1. Product introduction

NLD type Internal spiral multi-effect distilled water machine use foreign advanced technology design and produce. It is a new generation High-Tech Distilled water producing equipments. Use multi-effect evaporation, all the materials that contact the distilled water use imported 316L stainless steel. The produced distilled water is without endotoxin. Each ingredients conform to the requirement of “Injection water” in <China Pharmacopoeia 2005 Standard>.

This series machine is constituted by some evaporator, pre-heated machine, condensator, stand, water pump, electrical equipments and so on. Evaporator use upright pipe structure, falling film evaporation. Internal Spiral part use unique water, gas separating technology (Up and down spiral and foam delete machine), its characteristic is internal originate, fill up four blank areas in China. This design makes the water and gas separate thoroughly. The control system use semi-auto control, automatic control and PLC control.

2. Use scope

This machine can be used in pharmaceutical, medical, scientific research, electron, biochemical industry and so on. It is a perfect product for the production line of producing distilled water, injection, biochemical products, big transfusion.

3. Product Structure

(1) Main body: This machine use stainless steel structure, each effect evaporator lined averagely, other fittings are reasonable ordered. Each control part use foreign sanitation product, Evaporator use upright pipe structure, heat exchange effect is high.

(2) Evaporator: evaporator use upright pipe structure, falling film evaporation, reasonable water distributed, make sure the water can distributed on pipes equably. Use unique internal spiral 3 grade separate technology. Key part can make sure the distilled water pyrogen and endotoxin free. Each effect evaporators evaporate in turn, this can help save power.

(3) Preheated machine: Use upright pipes for heat exchange, high-effect preheated, heat the original water to steamed temperature, crust keep the heat to reduce the waste of heat energy.

(4) Condensator: Use advanced double-pipeline, muti-monitor pipe structure. Heat exchange well, make sure to cool the distilled water to design temperature.

(5) Tubing: Reasonable pipe arrangement, to avoid backwater, and dead corner. Use clean joint, ektexine dealt with polishing, appearance is beautiful.

(6) Fittings: Operation part use foreign finalized product, economical and usable. Germany Burkert’s products: Control valve, Pneumatic valve, electrical conductor, Danmark (Grundfos) pump.

(7) Control system: Use intelligent instrument for automatic control.

4. Product Characteristics
