Storage

If long time storage under 0 °C, the product may be

curdled.After heated to 20-25 °C and fully stir can be

used as usual.

Application

WDCO-LUB WBG First diluted with cold water then

stir add into thedye vat.

wet waxing .

In order to make the fiber and its blended yarn has

high surface lubrication and low friction coefficient ,

Add 1-3% WDCO LUB WBG

Then between the pH 5.5-6.0 , Pre-operational for 5

minutes .

Temperature slowly rose to 40 °C , Then heat

preservation for 15 to 20 minutes

Time ratio of Inside and outside the liquid flow :

inside-outside/ outside-inside= 1:2

For example: Two minutes from inside to outside

Four minutes from outside to inside

In order to prevent absorbs inadequately,Suggest

add0.5to1.0ml/L 60% acetic acid ,Drying at room

temperature or in the pressure oven. In less than

130°C.
