1. General introduction

Belt dryer is an usual continous drying equipment, consist of material conveying structure, single drying section or several separated sections. Material moving by convey device, hot air pass through material layer, evaporate water accordingly to reach drying requirement. Every drying section consist of shell, convey system, heating system, hot air circular system and exhaust air system.

Our company refer to the previous belt dryer’s actual running condition and developing requirement of pharmaceutical, foodstuff industry, make great improvement on the old belt dryer model, now mainly with the following characteristic:

2. Main features

1) Hot air pass through material from bottom to top, and from top to bottom crossedly, thus increase the product’s contacting area with hot air, then improve the drying speed

2) The whole machine is made of stainless steel and carbon steel(reach food contacting degree) subassembly, bottom full-welding for inner dryer, ensure no air escaping out during working, make cleaning conveniently, without waterlogging inside to guarantee the dried product’s purity

3) Total sealing structure, expect dehumidify air pipe, no other exposed air pipe, thus insure material no infection, develop the drying efficiency, improve the working condition.

4) Adopting special inner suck-air structure, improve the relative speed for material and hot air, improve drying speed, and insure uniform drying effect.

5) Steam heating device separate-installed sidely, with filtering net on the inlet air port of heater, not only filter the dopant in circular air, also ensure the cleanliness inside heater; With the access door for maintenance side, can contact the all part of dryer, easy for maintenance and cleaning.

6) With holed air distribute plate on the belt, increase the air speed, let hot air pass through the product layer uniformly, avoid non-uniformly drying effect of two side.

7) Equipped with 10 units (with 7 heating units), every unit temperature control separately by ratio adjusting valve,digital display,make operation easy.

8) All the main parts all adopt domestic or overseas famous products, insure a long working life for equipment.

9) The speed of belt is adjust by inverter, and will display on the electrical control cabinet, so can adjust into a reliable material load thickness and the material stay time in this section, refer to different water contents and temperature, thus can control the final water content of material.
