Fu-Ta Textile Co., Ltd was established in 1970. We set up the first spinning factory in 1971 and began the production in 1972. In 1973, we set up the second spinning factory and began the production in 1974. Our company expanded the business scope in 1982. Our first and second spinning factories were relocated in Wu-Chi Industrial Park. In 1990, shares were available in the stock market. We merged Yang Fang Co. in 1990.
