Return Policy (please read carefully)

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, we advise you to follow these steps:

1 .We only accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise that have not altered and have not been worn. We can not accept returns or exchanges on custom sized dresses or on dresses that have been customized by the designer of you. We can not accept returns or exchange for dresses without quality problems.

2 The buyer must contact us within 3 days of delivery if they wish to exchange defective or incorrectly shipped items..

3 .The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition.

4. We must receive the item within 10 days after we give our return address. If we do not receive your item within 10 days, no credit or exchange will be given

5 Once we receive your item, inspect it to be sure it's as perfect as when we shipped it to you and confirm that we have received it within 10 days of giving our return address, we will issue the full refund, or exchange the item for you

6 .For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged. For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns .

Buyer: Can u accept our own designs?

D-CAMP: Of course, welcome ur designs. You can show us the picture, for big order, you’d better send us your sample.

Buyer: I like this design, but the color, can I get a green one?

D-CAMP: Certainly, we have no stock. If you like this design, we can do it according to your liked color (usually selected from the color chart) and size, even slight change about this design.

Buyer: Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?

D-CAMP: There might be a slight difference between the actual dress's color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitor's display settings.

Buyer: How far in advance should I order my dress?

D-CAMP: Receiving time (Time needed for your order to be received successfully since you made the order) = Tailoring time (around 12-20 work days) +shipping time (around 3-8 work days)

Buyer: Can I get a discount?

D-CAMP: Yes, if you buy more than 5 pieces for one design /color, you can get good discount. But for samples, there is no discount, sorry.

Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and/or Brokerage Fees
We will always claim our dresses are samples to invoid any taxes for you. But D-CAMP can not be held responsible for any additional charges such as taxes, duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees that may apply to international orders.
