Nonionic Softener TCGFZTM 210

The product is special for yarn with a strict requirement on blenching and chromatic right and for softening finishing of fabrics, making the materials feel soft and the surface smooth while providing no adverse impact on whiteness, bright shade and color fastness of textiles.

Physicochemical parameters:

Appearance: white in color
PH value: 7-9 (8-10% slurry)Ionicity: nonionic Functions and features: 1. Soften and fluff various fibers and blended fabrics like cotton, hemp, silk, wool, terylene and nylon.2. Applicable to blenching and whitening fabric and fabric with a strict requirement on color; free from yellowing; no adverse impact on the bright shade.3. Usable together with various ionic softening agents.
Solution preparation method: add the film at 8-10% proportion into water at room temperature. Heat the mixture to 75±5°C until it is completely solved (15-30 minutes) into slurry. Then cool it to be reserved. Application: Dipping 0.3-0.8% for fabric weight Liquor ratio: 1:10-15 Temperature: 40-50°C 15-30 minutes Padding 2-3 g/L Temperature: 30-40°C double-dip-double-nip or single-dip-single-nip Storage: Keep it away from direct sunlight, and keep it in cool place Storage period: twelve months
