Cationic Softener - TCGFZTM TV (For cold water)

The product is a softener generally used in cold water, applicable to the softening finishing of cotton, hemp, silk, wool and their blended fabrics, yarn and slopwork. It produces a good softening effect and is easy to dissolve handy to operate. Besides, it is used for softening jean, washer wrinkle fabric, knitted sweater and towel, making fabrics soft and fluffy.

Components: Compound of fatty acid amide

Functions and features:

1. Widely applicable to softening the blended fabrics of cotton, hemp, silk and wool and their knitted fabrics, producing good feel.

2. Easily dissoluble; used directly in cold water, economizing the cost and energy.

3.Low yellowing upon blenched and dyed fabric

Achieve the desired feel by using less quantity than other ordinary softener, reducing the cost.

Dissolution preparation method:

Cold solution: Slowly add the film at the proportion of 8-10% into water at 30°C while stirring; continue to stir the mixture for 3-5 minutes to makes it dispersed. Keep it still for 1-2 hours, and then stir for another 10-15minutes at low speed until it appears homogenized slurry. Cool it to be reserved.

Application:

Dipping 2-3 g/L Temperature: 30-40°C double-dip-double-nip or single-dip-single-nip

Padding 0.3-0.8% for fabric weight Liquor ratio: 1:10-15 Temperature: 40-50°C 15-30 minutes

Storage: Keep it away from direct sunlight, and keep it in cool place
