Brief Introduction

CT-C series hot air circulation oven adopts noise elimination and thermal stable axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The entire circulation system is enclosed to make that the heat efficiency of the drying oven increases from 3~7% of the traditional drying oven to 35~45% of the present one. The highest heat effciency can be up to 50%.Most hot air is circulated in the oven. The Heat effciency is high and the energy is saved. By using the forced ventilation function, there are adjustable air distribution plates inside the oven. The materials can be dried uniformly .The whole machine is low in the noise. The operation is in balance. The temperature is controlled automatically. The installation and maintenance are easy . The application is wide. The machine can be used for drying various materials and is a versatile drying equipment.

Features

Heating source:electricity, steam, far infrared, or steam+electricity. Customer can select one of the heating ways in accordance with practical conditions.The machine equip with automatic control system. It can set temperature and drying time freely. Once the temperature is lower or higher than your setted number, It will ring automaticly to remind.Electric heating type: drying temperature is about 50 ~ 300 °C, electric heater will be 15kw Calculated with Model CT-C-1 and the operational power to be used will be 5-8kw/hr.Steam heating type: The normal pressure of steam will be 0.02-0.8MPa (0.2-8kg/cm 2), drying temperature: 50 ~ 140 °C, maximum temperature will be 150 °C.Our drying cart and tray is in uniform size, can be used interchangeably. They are all made of 304 stainless steel. Cart size: 950*710*1510mm; Tray size: 460X640X45mm.Machine materials are carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, you can choose that. Most are all stainless steel.It can be customized, such as machine size, drying temperature. Any other special requirements, please remark when you place the order.

This drying oven is suitable for the material and product hot solidification and dewatering in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, farming, side-product, aquatic product, light industry, heavy industry. Such as raw material medicine, crude drug, prepared herbal medicine of Chinese traditional medicine, Plaster, powder, particle, drinking agent pill, pigment, dewatering Vegetables, dried fruits, sausage etc.

It depends on the moisture cotent of drying material,size of material and drying degree. It depends on your real situation.

2. How about drying temperature?

Usually it is 40 ~ 150 °C, we can set this temperature according to your requirements.
