VII. Unique design

1.Innovative heating method:

The heating method of the new equipment is indirect heating method, and the advantages of this method are as follows:

(1). When some problems occur in the system, closing the induced draught fan can cut the heating source in sudden to ensure the system’s safety.

(2). The heat exchange speed is 5-7 times faster than that of the traditional equipment , thus having a higher heating efficiency.

(3). Greatly extend the service life of main equipment. The new heating method can prevent the reactor being heated directly, and thus reduce its rate od depreciation. The service life of the new equipment is 2-3 times longer than that of the old one.

2.Specifically designed catalyst:

we can provide special catalyst according to different requirement of customers. The catalyst can decrease the sulfur content and density and solidifying point, improve the smell and color, remove the impurity of the fuel oil, and increase the oil yield rate. Take the fuel oil from tires as an example, the color of oil will be changed from black to transparent red, and the oil can keep longer time for store with better oxidation-resistance.

IX. After-sale service

Installation and training

1. For each set of equipment for tyre recycling, our company will send one technician to guide the installation, test the machine and train your workers.

2. The installation period shall be one month; otherwise, you have to pay extra salary for the technician with the price of RMB400.00 per day (equals USD61.00 per day).

Products gurantee

The guarantee period of machine except spare parts will be one year.The problem caused by wrong operation of workers shall not be responsible by our company
