PROCEDURE:

3 - The areas that aren’t under concession at that time in INGEOMINAS are requested by us. Then immediately we attach them all to the project so we can achieve a wider area of about 15,000 to 30,000 hectares in the “GOLFO DE URABA” and “PUERTO COLOMBIA” for this new company.

INITIAL BUDGET
The initial needed budget depends on what is presented in the negotiations with the owners of concessions and the applications made to INGEOMINAS.
PROJECT TO DEVELOP
Finished the above steps, we continue to the exploitation phase to remove seabed material and bring it to the surface to an area of about 20 hectares where we have built a warehouse with all the amenities and facilities. All this material goes into a drums to separate silicon and other materials from the pure ilmenite so then we make the briquettes or sell the pure ilmenite as it exploits.


EXECUTIVE AND GEOLOGICAL REPORT

An estimated of 22 million tons in an area of 2900 hectares (taking into account that this material is deposited only 1 meter deep).

We also have several sites to build a pier in front of the municipalities of TUBARA and PUERTO COLOMBIA. In the area allocated by INGEOMINAS we have all the services because in this case we need a lot of 10 to 20 hectares to build a storage facility of the material, assembly or market it as it comes.

BUSINESS INFORMATION

The ilmenite is exploited in 80 mesh. It has a worldwide cost of USD200 for each metric ton. The same pure material in 200 mesh costs USD400 and if it happens to 400 mesh has a value in the international market of USD1.000.
