Product Description:

It’s a proven drilling fluid additive, which has many advantages and extensively used. Its basic raw material is petroleum pitch. It’s a kind of chocolate brown flakes or flowing power. Its density is 0.98g/m³. This product contain high water-soluble components and oil-soluble components, has excellent emulsifiability. It can be used in all kinds of drilling fluid systems. Our company is the first one to produce this product. This kind of product include sulfonated asphalt sodium salt FT and sulfonated asphalt potassium salt FT-K,FT-K2.

Application:

♥ Emulsify fresh water or brine with oil. Inhibit drilling cuttings dispersion, stabilize the cutting force of the mud. Control filtration loss in the high temperature and high pressure condition, generate thin and tough mud cake. Lower drill pipe torque. Plug micro cracks of the wellbore, stabilize the wellbore.

♥ Stabilize shale formations.

♥ Reduce spin of the torque and prevent sticking.

♥ Substitute of oil, base oil, used oil and diesel fuel.

♥ Inhibit a solid dispersion of drilling cuttings.

♥ Control filtration loss in the high temperature and high pressure condition.

♥ Generate thin and tough mud cake.

♥ No damage to oil and gas producing layer.

Recommended dosage: 1~4%.

Packaging and Storage:

Packaging: This product is packaged with sealed triple paper bags, lined with plastic bags.

Net weight: 25kg/bag.

Storage: Dispersed package is not recommended because of its water-solubility. Damp has no effect on it.
