Aluminum Die Cast Technology:

Aluminum die casting is a kind of pressure casting part. It uses the pressure die casting machine with a casting tooling installed to make products. First melting the aluminum or aluminum alloy to be liquid state, and then pouring the liquid aluminum into the material mouth, through the die casting procedure of the die cast machine, we can get the aluminum die casting parts. By die casting technology, we can make various parts in complicated shapes; these products are in high precision and surface finish.
