OVERVIEW:

Our BY-CGF-3000-24000BPH bottle filing machine can be used for filling the drinking water, mineral water, beverage, juice and carbonated drinks and so on.

1. This production line is mainly used for bottle drinking water filling operation. The production lines will be pulling covers of the recycling bottles, checking whether there are loopholes in the recycling bottles; Rinsing outside and inside of the bottle; Automatic putting on and disinfecting, filling and capping; Heat shrinkable film seal; Setting handle and plastic bags and other functions combined together.

2. This machine adopts the advanced programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the machine running automatically, so that equipment running more stable and reliable, it is the ideal equipment for bottled drinking water manufacturers.

MACHINE INTRODUCTION

1. Overview
BY PET bottle rinser/filler/capper 3 in 1 Monoblock Machine is developed by our factory with the combination of internally advanced filling technology, which is an advance machine specially for filling of such non-carbonated drink as mineral water, pure water, and so on.

2. Bottle Conveying System
Bottle conveying system uses 304 stainless steel star wheels. Except bottle outputting star wheel, all the other bottle conveying star wheels deliver bottles by bottleneck clipping. The bottle goes into the bottle inputting star wheel by air conveying to ensure reliable running of bottle and it facilitates replacement of different sized bottles.
Bottle outputting star wheel uses bottleneck clipping structure, so that there is no need to adjust the height of conveying chain in the subsequence of rinser/filler/capper 3 in 1 monoblock machine as a result of the variations of bottle height.

3. Rotary Rinser
The bottle rinsing cramps are of stainless steel clipping structure, which is out of touch of the screw thread of bottle mouth, with stable bottle clipping and high-efficient bottle rinsing.

4. Rotary Filler
The parts with contact to product are made of 304 stainless steel. The outer and inner surfaces of filling cylinder have been treated by mirror finish.
The filler applies filling cylinder and bottle ascending and descending to keep it clean.
It uses gravity filling with high-speed filling and accurate filling liquid level.

5. Rotary Capper
The capper applies French Arol Company technology with magnetic capping. It can protect the system in overloading, with stable & reliable capping torque. There are no cap biting, higher capping, inclined capping and hemming.
The capping axle is of antifriction bearing structure so that the axle is pointed at the center with high capping qualification rate up to 99.7%.

6. Cap Feeder
It is of horizontal pneumatic cap feeder. The cap storage device and the cap sliding slot are made of 304 stainless steel. There is electronic inspection system for the cap storage device and the cap sliding slot to control the speed of cap sending device and the whole system automatically. It will not deliver cap and stop automatically if there is no bottle.

7. Driving System
It is with frequency control of motor speed. All of the running mechanism are driven by gears, with stable running. The gears of each star wheels are oil nylon gears.

8. Electric Control System
It is with sealed electric control cabinet which is made of 304 stainless steel.
Frequency conversion stepless speed adjustment. The whole system is controlled by PLC industrial computer, with touch screen. When there is bottle, it will add cap. When there is no bottle, it will not add cap.

5. Ink-jet printer--------------------------------------------------------------Print the produce date on the bottle body, we can provide the Laser printer and the Ink printer.

6. Steam label shrinkage tunnel------------------------------------------Shrink the label, and make it cling the bottle body.

7. Automatic film shrinkage packing machine--------------------------Make the film packing with 12/18/24 bottles per package.

2. Acceptance check

3) If the equipment meets each assurance value during performance appraisal after installation and debugging by supplier, then the two sides sign the acceptance inspection reports.
