The whole process of AAC production line

Firstly, prepared for ingredient according to the certain proportion, and poured them into the casting machine. After that, they are poured into the mould. After pre-curing under a certain temperature for a period of time, the blank shall have a certain of hardness. The mould and the blank shall be hanged to the cutting machinery by the tilting hanger to finish cutting actions. The cut blank and the bottom are hanged by the semi-product hanger to the hardening car and hardened under high temperature. After that, finished product leaves the autoclave and finally hanged by the finished product to be stacked and packed. The hardenning paltes are returned.

The ingredient building is equipped with raw materials storage tank, mixer, gangue. These equipments are used top mix the raw materials and put yhem in the casting machine to cast.

Materials slurry can be held in the combining of the mould and the side plates. After setting, curing and foaming, it can be solidified into the blank. The side plate can bear the blank which shall be cut by the cutting machinery, and fed into the autoclave to be hardened together with the hardening car.

The hardening car is a carrier to carry the side plates and the blank to enter and leave the autoclave. Autoclave is the pressure vessel and key equipment in the production of aerated concrete and antoclave brick.
