1. Product Description:

It can be used to print(can choose not to install this unit), emboss, perforate and rewind toilet paper. It’s equipped with 2 or more mother jumbo roll stands, one or two embossing units, a perforating

unit and a rewinding unit. You should add paper core and cut finished roll out from machine and spray glue on the edge of toilet roll by hand.

You can choose to equip this machine with unit for pneumatically upload jumbo roll onto stand, or you should upload paper onto machine by

hand or forklift.)

2.Equipment Function & Character:

2.1Under European CE standard designing, Passed CE certificate, With CE or UL certificate for Electric Parts and with safety device, such as, safety-guard door, emergency stop and so on. Our company has ISO certificate.

2.2Most of parts are precisely processed by numerical-control machine, while the key mechanical parts are under CNC processing.

2.3The perforation is made by spiral soft blade; Optimizing to adjust the tightness of toilet roll and the length of section distance through stepless speed-regulator; Mounting electronic counting to stop and soft starting system. It is ideal equipment for producing toilet paper with or without core.
