Main applications:
This line consists of three part for bag forming, filling and sealing. It can automatically finish procedures such as film infeeding, printing, film opening, port inserting, bag forming, port welding, outline cutting, bag conveying, filling, cover heat sealing, bag output and etc. It is suitable for infusion bag production in pharmaceutical factories.
Ing and waste-bag-no-filling. The filling capacity can be set through the touch screen, easy to adjust. Filling system can realize CIP (Cleaning In Place) and SIP (Sterilization In Place) , it can realize flushing nitrogen and vacuumzing during the filling. This line adopts non-contact fusion welding method, can achieve the function of no-bag-no-capping and no-solution-no-capping, can also clean the cap with ionic-wind, and automatically eliminate the reject. It is easy to replace the size, adaptable 100ml, 250ml, 500ml and etc. The tube and valve of contacting medicine liquid used 316L stainless steel; other surface materials used imports 304 stainless steel. All of them meet GMP requirement. It set protection function when power cut, ensures the safety of machine and operators.

This line adopts linear disposal, is convenient for observation, debugging and service. Adopts many advanced techniques such as valve terminal, servo system, PLC control system, safe and reliable. Forming and filling finished on the same equipment without any mid-process, avoids secondary pollution. Simple and specific way to open film ensures the succeeding rate up to 100% . The printing system is convenient and quick to replace mould. Multi-station port heat welding ensures well sealing. This line has advanced filling method and accurate measuring, can fulfill no-bag-no-fill.
