Application

√ Flocculating agent is used to deslime, its species is diverse according to different treatment of domestic sewage.

√ Cationic Polyacrylamide as a kind of sludge dehydrant is used by sewage disposal work. Its dosage is determined by some parameters such as moisture content of the sludge, moisture content of sludge cake, the number of added mud, the number of added drugs, dispensing concentration.

We can calculate its usage by the following formula


The number of added drugs mg / L = the mass of added drugs / the quantity of water need to be treated / dispensing concentration


Water treatment dosing dose = the quantity of water need to be treated m3 /h*t he number of added drugs g/m3.


The amount of dry mud = the quantity of water need to be treated * [(1 - moisture content of the sludge) / (1 - moisture content of sludge cake)].


Pharmaceutical consumption per ton of dry mud g/m3 = the number of added drugs / the amount of dry mud.


The calculation error may be relatively large, reference only sewage runs. The actual amount of drug consumed need to conduct a practical test on the machine operator.
