Installation process

1)posit the reference line to ensure installation formally.

2)deploy the silicone sealant glue equality by using machine.

3)Paste the cement mortar. It means paste the finished cement mortar on the wall combining surface around the frame evenly, and then hit five points in the middle of uniform to keep it more fastness

4) Put the wall board one the wall which is posited reference line, and then use the glue hammer to hit all round lightly, to confirm it keep evenly and completely.

5) Paste textured paper through the board edge, which is required to be smooth, vertical and horizontal, leaving side. To prevent the pollution from the glue

6) Stick on the first silicone sealant

This step can wrapped the anchor into the silicone sealant to protect the anchor.

7)Install anchor

After paste the wall board 24 hours, hit a hole with hole punch on the four board of adjacent cross location. And then install the anchor to ensure reinforcement.

8)Stick on the second silicone sealant

Using the glue gun to spray the uniform amount of the glue into the dividing joint , and then use the "U" shaped blade to scrap the res

9)Cleaning the board , removing the protective film

EPS panels are widely used in construction, insulation, packaging, frozen, daily necessities, industrial casting etc. And also can be used to exhibition venue, cabinet, advertising signs and toys making.
