YKB-1110 is a quality Temporary Protective Automotive Peelable masks for protecting automobile from hazards that a vehicle faces such as rock chips, insects, bad weather and salted roadways and so on. It can be applied on auto body& wheel surface to maintain the beautiful factory finish and its value.

Jelee Peelable Coating has fast air-drying speed. Applied as a liquid by spray, roller or brush, the coatings dry to form a skin-tight plastic film that can simply be peeled away by hand stripping or other device when required, without damage to the substrate surface.

Spraying, dip coating

Drying Time:

Drying time will vary according to humidity, temperature and weather condition.

Curing:

It is possible to form a tack free dry coating film in less than one hour drying in air. To achieve maximum tensile strength, 12-hour drying time is suggested. Blowing air past the surface of wet film, drying time can be shortened.

Dry time is dependent upon temperature, humidity, air movement and thickness of the coating.

Application by roller might require a few coats. Thick coating peels in one large continuous sheet. Thin coatings will break in areas of coating weakness. Dry coatings are water resistant.

Adhesion:

Our Peelable coating is a temporary protective Peelable coating and adhesion is low.

Coverage:

One kilogram (2.2lb) will cover approximately 3 square meters (32square ft) at a dry film thickness of 60 microns.
