ICM Automatic Intelligence Filters are used for the filtration of liquids with high solid content, fiber impurity or high viscosity.

ICM Filters Working Principle:

ICM Automatic Intelligence Filters use optimum closing to liquid parameters of Fuzzy Control technology to realize the control of scraper & brush washing and sensible drainage.ICM Filters can minimize the abrasion of screens and loss of liquid, making the clean of impurities inside filter and control of drainage time more reasonable; Moreover, ICM Filter is the only filter that designed according to this patent invention (Patent No. 2008 2 0033272.2). The customers only need to tell the approx. max. impurities content, the filter will set the pressure drop itself, and can adjust the pressure drop value according to the change of parameters (impurities content, viscosity, and so on), to get the optimized result of impurities removal and drainage. The working principle of ICM Filter is to control the scraper by analyzing the change of pressure drop; when the scraper cleaning speed up to certain level, the drainage valve will automatically start, which makes the impurities cleaning and drainage more reasonable;ICM Filters are most suitable for viscoelastic liquid (viscosity less than 5000CPs), and now have already been used in Resin, Coating, Adhesive, Food like Cream, Chocolate, etc. and Chemical industries.
