Brief introduction

WYK Series Eccentric Circle Vibrating Screen is the renewal product of WYA Eccentric Vibration screen, which has a total of 20 set models with 2 kinds of open and close. WYA Circular Vibrating Screen is widely used to classify dry materials into different sizes.

WYA Circular Vibrating Screen is designed for quarry, road building, mine, construction, coal industry, metallurgy and etc.

Structure

The vibrating screen consists of screen box, supporting device, vibration exciter, transmission part, etc. The barrel type vibration exciter is installed in the middle part of the machine. During normal operation, the vibration of exciter will drive the screen mesh fixed on the screen box vibrate, and then materials will be screened. The big and small materials fall from the upper side and lower side of the screen to get them separated.

Application

Circular vibrating screen, which works on circular motion, is used for the effective separation of materials such as coal, minerals and coke, etc.

Working Principle

Vibrating screen is made up of the mainframe, screen web, eccentric bock, electric motor, rub spring, and coupler, etc. As the screen moves round, the materials are classified. Its multi-layered structure helps it to carry out its task with high efficiency.

The vibrating amplitude can be adjusted by an eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block.
