Reactor

The material of reactor is Q245R boiler steel and the thickness is 16mm. it can convert the material such as waste tyre and plastic into oil gas and waste gas with heating. The outside of reactor is our casing which is special keep-warm device and can save much fuel.

Manifold

it can separate the light oil from heavy oil; the light oil will rise into next step ( cooling system); the heavy oil will be in to residual oil tank, this kind of heavy oil will return back to the reactor by oil pump and be refined again.

Condenser

it can convert oil gas into liquid oil and the special structure guarantee the cooling effect . Meanwhile the cooling water do not contact with oi directly, so it is environmental.

Hydroseal

when waste gas through hydro seal, most of pollution will be remove. And then, the cleaning waste gas will get into the special gas gun to heat the reactor. At the same time ,it is a safe device and it can prevent tempering.

The dedusting system

we use three steps to clean the smoke before it go into the air. So the process is great and environmental. And we have the Green Star for this machine.
