1. Feeding system :

The raw material can be waste tyres, rubber or plastics. If your raw material is plastic,we suggest that you use

the conveyor to feed in. If your raw material is waste tyres, we suggest that you use auto feeder.

2. Pyrolysis system :

The reactor is with reasonable thickness, we found that 16mm is the best thickness of reactor, it is easy to be heat and easy cooling down.

3. Heating system :

There are various kinds of fuel, such as wood, coal, oil, natural gas and etc.

4. Dedusting system:

The deusting system can avoid air pollution. It can process the tail gas and release meet national emission standard.

5. Cooling system :

We have the new design for the cooling system, It has better cooling effect and high oil yield. Mainly include condenser pipe, oil water separator, horizontal condenser, tail gas condenser.

7. Waste gas recycling system:

It is also named water seal, it has two effects, one is to recycle the flammable tail gas as fuel, and one is security.

8. Carbon black discharging system:

The carbon black is coming out automatic,there also has a screw conveyor for removing the carbon black.

Working process of Equpment for convert waste to energy

We can divide the whole pyrolysis process into several main parts:

1. Feed raw materials: The raw material can be waste tire/waste plastic/waste rubber. Always by the auto feeder.

2. Pyrolysis: This part will produce high temperature oil gas, the oil gas then flow into the next system.

3. Condensing: Oil gas come out from the reactor and then cooling down in this part. Condensing system include condenser pipe, oil water separator, horizontal condenser and waste gas condenser. This will make the oil yield to the maximum.

4. Tail gas recovery: This part mainly deal with the gas cannot be condensed. The whole process is very steady and high efficiency.

5. After finished oil produce, the temperature of reactor can be cooling down, then carbon black can be discharged automatically

6. When the temperature fall down to 40 degree, workers could opened the door of reactor to discharge of steel wire.
