Here at ZIYU Swimwear manufacturing, we are able to create a variety of custom designed swimwear, ranging from children to junior to missy styles.

However, there is just 300pcs minimum required for each custom design. Choose the fabrics and styles to your taste, and we are able to create your own fashionable swimsuit collection for your upcoming new line of swimwear!!!

At ZIYU Swimwear, all of our swimwear are MADE IN SWIMWEAR PRODUCTION BASE COSTAL CITY-XINGCHENG. We already manufactuered many well-known high end brands for all of our overseas clients. Our specialty is only swimwear and coverups and nothing else!

Description: We provides services to all designer entrepreneurs who are starting their own collection of swimwear and coverups. Our private label manufacturing service covers the whole package from design to the final product. Since we have our own 3 workshops with many various stock fabric,

we are able to be flexible with our clients by offering low minimums. We are able to cater to a variety of different lines, mostly high end designer to middle end swimwear.

Understanding that most startups require product samples to be made when debuting their collections, we offer patternmaking and sample making services to our clients. All raw materials required in the construction of swimwear are in stock and all accessories and artwork such as prints, embroidery, sequins sewing are just around our factory, saving our clients' time and money.

(1) Design

Submit a picture, sketch, or physical garment of your design. The more detailed your description, the better we can satisfy you. Please email to ziyuswimwear at 126 dot com or contact online service.

(2) Patternmaking

We have our own patternmakers to help develop your garments. If you would like to use your own pattern, that is fine.

(3) Samples

During the sample process, we will provide the important construction materials such as thread, elastic, selected fabrics, lining, bra cups, boning, tape, etc. Because these designs are of your own making, there may be certain fabrics and trims we may not be able to find exact the same, but we would like to use substitute if you not mind.

TIME: 5-7 days

(4) PRICE QUOTES

We will be able to provide you with an estimated price quote based on your design (includes details such as fabric content, number of trims, etc.) that you send to us. After we construct the sample, we are able to make a conclusive price.

Our initial estimates are almost always equivalent to the post-sample price quote.

(5) PRODUCTION

If the sample is approved, we can move on to production. Generally speaking, lead time is from 15-35days.
