Fodder pelletizer ------ The requirement of raw material:

The size should be below 5mm , if your raw material is straw, stalk, grass,all kinds of grains and so on, you should use a grinder at first, and then you can directly use the machine to make pellets.

Fodder pelletizer ------ Working principle:

The flat die pellet machine works on vertical principle. The raw material is put into the hopper from above, and then it drops down into the pelletizing area.

The die is stationery while rollers are rotating. When falling into this area, materials will naturally be compressed into pellet between rollers and die through the die holes.

Fodder pelletizer ------ Operation difference between flat die and ring die pellet machine:

1) Feeding way: Ring die pellet mill adopts imperative feeder when making wood pellets, while the flat die can send material into pelletizing chamber smoothly just depending on the material's own weight.
2) Pressure: The flat die itself doesn't occupy much space, which not only gives more space for rollers, but also reduces friction and prolongs service life.
3) Output pellet: Ring die has a high rotary speed, thus it may cause damage to pellet easily; while the flat die can ensure the pellets'integrity.
