1.Sending Faxes
A virtual printer will be added automatically from installation. User can choose “NetFax Send Fax” virtual printer option when they need to print documents. The fax server can send almost all printable documents and data in the Microsoft Windows and MacOS environment .(MacOS only support view faxes using WEB browser)

3.Fax feedback
The client will receive feedback information from the server whether the fax is sent successfully or not. If fax sending fails at the event when there’s no answer or the line is busy, user will receive error message from NetFax instantly.

4.Fax searching
You can search the fax by the fax number, date, addressee, fax description, and other information. The searching result will refresh immediately with your input.

5.Fax categorizing management (AP client only)
On the client, users can customize folder to classify fax documents that has been received.

6.Fax Description
Support received fax filling remarks messages,convenient to share faxes with others.

7.Fax backup
The server provides appropriate backup for all faxes of your company by the date; including all of the previous received and sent fax archives. NetFax also provides a statistical report of fax counts and the total numbers of fax pages for local, domestic and international long-distance fax. (Statistical Report Optional)

8.Customize page header and footer
NetFax provides many different templates of page header and footer for user to choose from, and user can also customize the sending format for page header and footer.

9.Scanning fax
If you need to send the original checks and handwritten manuscript, the system supports scanning with one button. It directly converts the scanned documents into fax format for sending. (Optional)

10.Customizing voice message
In order to build a professional corporate image, users can record their own voice of greetings or reminder into NetFax. As user sending a fax, the system will automatically play the recorded voice to remind the receiver to receive the fax. For example, "Hello, this is ABC company fax system, please note that there will be a fax sent from us, thank you!"
The system can also be set to play greetings and reminder automatically as user receives fax. It can also set up to request the sender to input fax extensions in order to confirm fax receiver. For example: "Hello, welcome to ABC company automatically fax system, please enter receiver’s fax extension, thank you!"
Multi-ports product can achieve many convenient functions; such as different ports play the different customized voice.

11.Address book management
Users can edit and add clients’ information, and group regular contacts in the addres book. User can choose contacts directly from the address book when sending a fax document. NetFax address book supports sorting mode and grouping mode at the same time, and improves the efficiency of the inquiry. The system also supports import and export address book from Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, TXT, Excel documents, and other documents.

12.User Management
In the server, the administrator can manage all of the users in the corporation, add departments and user information, distribute client login passwords, assign fax extensions, and set user authority.

13.LDAP support and software installation delivery (NFS-260S-E / 460S-E / 860S-E only)
In NetFax LDAP server side can be integrated to the account and password management.

14.Stamp and Autograph (AP client only)
Import signature from the scanner or picture file, Users can use their own stamps in the client software, and add the signature to the fax document according to a password.

15.Fax monitoring status
In the server, users can check the status of all fax channels; such as if the channel is idling, sending, receiving. Users can also monitor current fax tasks; such as if the fax is being sent, waiting in line, or sending again. Server will also display which the client users has these fax tasks.

16.Using Fax remotely
Even if on a business trip, user can send or receive faxes when connects to the company’s fax server.

17.Support T.38 Internet Fax (IP Fax) function
NetFax has been through the Internet to send and receive faxes, so businesses fax costs between zero.(Optional)

18.Multi-region & multi-server mode
NetFax already makes it possible to distribute networking connection of the embedded server interiorly, and greatly reduces the cost of enterprise. If a company’s departments, partners, or customers are in different locations but have installed NetFax fax server, they can send long-distance faxes through the Internet connection. And then the fax communication fee will become zero because it is as same as internal fax sending.

19.Perfect integration with MFPs open platform
MFP with open platform integration (SHARP, Konica Minolta ,etc.) provide more convenient single user interface, user can operate NetFax Server through MFP panel. All faxes contents can be recorded through NetFax Server.
