Technical Specifications for Metal Waste Container of 3.2 m3 Capacity.

1- (1.1) M3± 5% suitable for waste manufactured according to EN-840
2- Empty weight: 215 kg ± 5%

3- The whole container (body and cover) is Hot Dip Galvanzation
4- rounded corners and radius 100 mm in printed steel with 1,5 mm of thickness made with
hot-galvanization according to the UNI EN ISO 1461.
5- Symmetric bilateral basculating lid (1,2 mm of thickness) with automatic blocking
and unblocking device in unloading stage
6-The assemblage process is made through weldings made with
watertight "Mig" (continuous line welding) procedure
7-The higher support beam of the half-lids and the higher and lower
arms of the basculating group have 3 mm of thickness
8-The whole container is placed on n. 4 supporting feet in galvanized
sheet steel with 3 mm of thickness anti-stumbling
9-Hot-galvanized pedal lever with Ø of 25 mm for the opening of the
half-lid
10-Reflective signs at the corners as by law enacted
Black adhesive stripe for the centring in the hooking up stage of the
container
