Wholesale Policies:

Order Minimum – 25 pieces for opening order. Sizes & Style: Buyers choose their styles and colors. Three different sizes in the same color and style must be ordered for any chosen style. Sizes need not be consecutive. We will generally wholesale to one store in a specific area and a maximum of three stores in a particular city.

Payment –We accept cash, cheques and Paypal. Please contact us for Paypal email address. You can pay via Credit Card using the Paypal system. Full payments have to be cleared before the shipment or pick up is released.

Shipping & Handling Time –
Shipping/order pick up will occur once payment for the order has cleared into our paypal account or cheque has been cleared.

Local pick up order: your order will be ready within 1-3 business days after the payment is cleared.

Canada & US customers: It takes about 5-7 business days. For shipment to destinations outside Canada & US, the shipping time may vary depending on the receiver’s location. Buyers are responsible for duties, taxes and other additional charges if apply.

Damages and returns policy – If an item delivered in a damaged condition, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of items to undertake any returns. All items must be returned in the same condition as when received with original tags and labels. Buyer is responsible for returning mailing fees (if apply). We cannot refund shipping costs.
Re-stocking/Cancellation fee - Buyers will be charged a 20% restocking/cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled within 30 days before delivery. All sales are final.
