The machine for cutlery set (fork, spoon, knife, salt, pepper, napkins, toothpick, etc.) packaging has the main properties of the standard flowpack packaging machine. However, for more efficiency and effectiveness on cutlery packaging, Special Flowpack Packaging Machine is designed for cutlery packaging:

- To prevent the falling of the products to be packaged out of the machine, empty area between the pushers is filled with special type of material.

- Tables or plates are put all around the transporter for easier feeding.

- The length of the transporter might be increased depending on the customer's request. The length of the transporter in our standard machine is 2.5 meter. It is an advise to make it at least 4 meters for easier feeding. Because the working speed of the machine is 200 packahes per minute and there are many different products required to make feeding in the cutlery set, longer transporter helps the customer reach higher speed levels with the machine.

- Depending on the customer's request and the price sensitiviness of the customer, it is possible to produce the machine as stainless steel only for the parts which are in contact with the product rather than producing the machine completely as stainless steel.

- The most modern electronical materials are used on the electronic panel. During the choice of the electronical materials to be used on the machine, special requests from the customer side are taken into consideration.

- The machine is PLC controlled meaning that all the parameters in our machine such as the speed of the machine, the temperature values on the machine, the product types or the product dimensions to be packaged or photocell option, etc. are controlled electronically from touch screen operator panel.

* The desired length of the package is adjusted automatically from the screen electronically.* Photocell adjustments on or off are easily done.* The speed of the machine is monitored and controlled. The speed can be increased or decreased very quickly and easily.* The parameters of the each product to be packaged are recorded to save a product recipe on the machine and the product to be packaged is chosen easily based on this product recipe.* The number of the products that has been already packaged is monitored.* It is possible to ensure the stoppage of the machine by itself automatically with the help of PLC system after the requested number of the product packaging is completed.

- It is possible to use the machine with printer or non-printed packaging materials. Our machine has photocell option.

- It is possible to install the date printer on the machine and it is possible to make the printing on the package like production date, expiry date and similar information.
