It is a filling and packaging machine for making stick-type packages from 1 gr. to 40 gr.It is used for the packaging of sugar, spices, other granular or crystallized products in high-precision and in excellence.The product weight to be packaged is adjusted and controlled with the volumetric weighing system. The weight of the package is adjusted by using volume containers and then, the product already weighed volumetrically is transfered to the tube for packaging.Stick-Type Filling and Packaging machine is designed and produced only for one fixed width of the package. As long as the width of the package is the same, it is possible to make any changes on the length of the package and in this way, possible to receive packages of different weights.

Stick-Type Filling and Packaging machine is designed and produced only for one fixed width of the package. As long as the width of the package is the same, it is possible to make any changes on the length of the package and possible to receive packages of different weights with the same width.Only the heaters are seperately located on the machine. All other parameters on the machine such as speed, dimensions of the product to be packaged are controlled by PLC electronic control system through the touch screen operator control panel.It has an operator panel menu very easy to use.It is also possible to prepare the menu in different languages such as English, Russian, Arabic or French. Any languages depending on customer's request is applicable on the menu.Operator menu is not colored screen in the standard machine. Colored screen operator panel is possible to use depending on the customer's request.All materials used on the machine are high quality and all production is in compliance with European quality standards. To inform about the quality of the materials used:o Schneider and Telemechanique on the electronic materialso Photocell - Sicko Heaters, engines and bearings used on the machine are all chosen from Turkish producers which are the leading and trustable companies in their own industries.Serrated or plain cutting blades might be used on the machine depending on customer's request.All the surfaces in relationship with the product are made from stainless steel. (CrNi 304 or CrNi 316 depending on the place on the machine)All other parts (not in connection with product) are painted with qualified automotive paint.
