The PCM(Phase-change Material) will have a physical change when the room temperature is at 30°C.

Best room temperature of using ice pad : 25°C-30°C,in this range,we can obviously feel cool and comfortble .But if higher than 30°C,the cooling function of ice pad will drop.

During using ice pad ,if the room temperature is lower than 25°C, the state of PCM will change into small granular.

The section of ice pad contact with our body will absorb heat from our body,when it’s temperature reach 30°C ,it begins to change into liquid.

uKeep proper room temperature and ventilate well .

uYou’d better put a cloth on the ice pad when use it, or dirts and sweat may caused mildew on it’s surface , and this measureent can avoid feeling too cold.

uChildren, the elderly, the weaks and people whose body feeling is not so obvious, please use our products under care of your family.

uWhen room temperature is above 40°C,the cooling function will not so good, furthermore you can’t use it if the temperature is above 60°C or this products is totally in direct sunlight.

uAvoid using edge tool, fireworks, etc touch the product’s surface.

uIn case the PCM is in eyes, please rinse your eyes immediately with plenty of water and go to the doctor quickly.

uThe PCM can’t be eaten.

To avoid fading, please do not put this product in direct sunligh

Using skills:

uCleaning method: Wipe out dirty on the surface with a clean towel,but avoid kneading or cleaning it by hard brush.

uBecause of the difference in temperature,on ice pad’s surface may emerge moisture condensation .To avoid the droplet causing mildew,please wipe out the droplet with dry towel

uFold method:along the reinforcement trace,or the ice pad will be concave-convex if we fold it irregular.

Keeping Method:

uWipe out the dirts and droplet on the surface before you put it away .

uThe state of PCM will change when the temperature is at 30°C,above 30°C—liquid state ,below 30°C—crystalline state. If the product in liquid state do not back to crstalline state totally,there will emerge some fine particle,while this is normal and have no effect on usage,you just need to put it in water at 50°C-60°C for half or an hour,it will be OK.
