5.Mould design and test

1)According to customer's 3D drawings or samples and requests to design and build the mould.

2)Before mould processing, we will send mould design to customer to confirm it first.While

the mould is on processing,we provide processing report with picture to show tooling process.

3)Before move forward to batch production, we send test samples to customer to get approval first.

6. Sample

If the first sample come out is not satisfied by customer, we improve the mould until achieving customer's satisfaction.
