2. How long time it takes for shipping time?

Usually we use DHL, TNT, UPS, EMSand some other methods. We will choose a safe, fast and cheaper shipping method for you. After shipping products to you we will tell you the tracking No. and tracking website by email. Usually the shipping time is as below shown, but for some far countries, it will take longer time to arrive.

DHL: To North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, shipping only take 3-5days, to other countries. It will take about 5-7days.

TNT:To North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, shipping only take 5-7days, to other countries. It will take about 7-10days

EMS: To North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, shipping only take 5-7days, to other countries. It will take about 7-10days.

UPS: To North America, Europe and Australia, shipping only take 3-5days, not shipping to other countries.

FEDEX: For several countries, we use FEDEX, like Russia

OTHERS: We will also use other post office like GoodExpress depend on different countries and safety, shipping time, but we will inform you the tracking number after post.

1. Do you offer custom made service?

Yes, we do. We can make the coat according to your measurements as long as you agree that final alteration might be needed for best fit. We strongly recommend that you have your measurements taken by a professional before buying any gown online.

2. Return Policy

A. We only accept returns or exchanges on standard size dresses that have not been altered or worn. In other word, the item must be in brand-new, unworn condition.

B. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us within 3 days after you get the package, showing pictures if necessary. Besides, we must receive the item within 10 days after we give our return address. If not, no refund or exchange will be given.

C. For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged; 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
