Drilling Mud Pipe Free Agent

Description

1.This product is used in diesel oil or in oil-based muds to form a highly effective

struck-pipe spotting fluid.

2.It gives spotting fluids the ability to penetrate and crack the water-based-mud

filter cake with an extremely high-fluid-loss and solid-free filtrate.

3.These characteristics assist freeing differentially stuck pipe by penetrating

between the wall and filter cake.

Application

1.This product mixed with mineral oil, diesel oil, crude oil or oil-base drilling fluid

makes it a superior product for prepare a spotting fluid or soak solution for freeing

pipe that is differentially stuck.

2.This product is a convenient and easy to use liquid that is effective in very small

concentrations and has an excellent success record.

Usage&Dosage

1.The recommended concentration is 1 gallon of pipe free agent per barrel

(0.16 m3) of spotting fluid to be prepared.

2.Laboratory data indicates that this product does not become more effective

at concentrations higher than this 1-to-1 ratio.

3.Testing should be carried out before application.

Packeg& Storage

1.The product should be kept in shady, dry and ventilated warehouse.

2.It should be prevented from sun and rain, and positioned in some place away from

heat and ignition and minimize dust.

Safety

1.Avoid contacting with eyes, skin and clothing. Otherwise, wash with a flush of

water.
