Functions and Features

1. Automatic paper tube replacement device, without artificial wearing paper tube, the completion of rewinding automatically send finished immediately reply rewinding, within 1 minute can easily adjust to any kind of paper tube specifications.

2. Automatic trimming, spray, sealing synchronization time to complete, finished 10-18mm of paper left tail, to facilitate the opening, reducing normal paper rewinder machine-production the end of the loss, thereby reducing product costs.

3. Adopt with advanced PLC programming technology. Man-machine dialogue control, production parameters fault screen display.

4. Precision spiral soft knife, 3 knife punch low noise, drilling clearer, great adjustment range gearbox.

5. Three horizontal back paper planes, air, on paper, a wide leather belt pneumatic feed, each would have its own base paper roll adjusting device.

6. Embossing device used in point-two-sided embossing system that allows two-sided effect of product line, soft, embossed clear and beautiful.

7. Use of traction before and after the point of switch base paper, the operation easier and safer.
