AC-749RG Water-based Silicone-Modified Acrylic Resin

Brief introduction:

AC-749RG is synthesized by acrylic resin and given siliocne. Compared with similar acrylic resin, it has superior performances such as good adhesion, good water and solvent resistance. It's excellent to prepare water-based glass and metallic baking paints.

Physical properties:

Features:

1. Good adhesion to glass, metal and other materials
2. Good cold and heat water resistance
3. Good alcohol resistance

Application areas:

1. Color pastes.
2. Water-based glass paints, water-based glass inks.It can be applied as glass bottle, wine bottle, glass plate paint etc.
3. Water-based metallic paints, water-based metallic inks.

Application guidelines:

1. When using organic acid as catalyst, the baking temperature can be reduced appropriately.
2. Users can adjust the amount of curing agent according to your own requirements. An amount of 20-25% is recommended.
3. Addition of certain coupling agent to enhance film properties according to different substrates and requirements;
4. Painting method: Spraying, curtain coating, dip coating
5. Curing conditions: 160-180°C, 20-30min.

Packaging & Storage guidelines:

1. 50KG, 100KG, 200KG in plastic drums;
2. Stored in 100% dark light tight containers;
3. Stored in cool and dry indoor place under 5-30°C;
4. The shelf life will be significantly reduced in high temperature or exposure conditions;
5. The shelf life is six months from production date stored of not opening the can.
