3. Processing flow :

A:Die preparation:The dies are prepared by spraying the mold cavity with lubricant.

B: Filling:The dies are closed and molten metal is injected into the dies under high pressure

C:Ejection:Until the casting solidifies. The dies are opened and the shot is ejected by the ejector pins.

D:Shakeout: The shakeout involves separating the scrap, which includes the gate, runners, sprues and flash, from the shot

MACHINING OPERATIONS

Baoding Wanmei Machine Co.,Ltd’s machining operations consists of over 70 CNC’s enabling Wanmei to machine complex engine, transmission, and driveline die castings. Many of the production cells are fully automated and integrated with manufacturing, high-pressure deburring, washing, optical gauging, and laser serialization using lean manufacturing techniques.
