Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Production mainly consists of extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off unit, cutter, stacker etc.

The main extruder adopts PE high-efficiency screw, notched feeding cylinder and strong water jacket cooler, which greatly improves its transmission capacity.

The high-efficiency double-cavity vacuum calibrating technology and spray cooling tank improve the rate of finished products.

Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Production adopts multi-pedrail tractor to drive all pedrails through central motor to get synchronous height and guarantee pipe's roundness.

And the high-speed, precise designed cutting machine is low in noise.
