Green technology

Xinfeng Scrap tire pyrolysis machine have a whole set of carbon black discharging system which can collect the carbon black under clear sealing condition. After collecting carbon black into bags, we can use carbon black fuel machine to turn the carbon black into fuel thus you can make money from these carbon black. Besides smoke from burning coal or wood can be filtered by our dust removing system, draught fan and cooling chimney will further remove the dust. At the end of the whole process, tail gas emission from chimney are fully environmental friendly without color and bad smelling.

Waste tyre pyrolysis plant

(1) First, make reactor rotate clockwise 0.4r/min, put raw material into reactor.

(2) Second, burned the fuel material in the furnace. Then the oil gas will go to cooling system and liquid to oil.

(3) Thirdly, some uncondensed will be lead to furnace through a gas pipe. It will be used to heat reactor.

(4) After pyrolysis, began to discharge the carbon black and steel wire.

FUEL OIL

The main oil product produced by our recycling application is the fuel oil that is wide used for industrial and commercialpurposes. The oil has 45% to 50% of the amount of recycled scrap tyres, which will be carried with licensed tanker trucks.

CARBON BLACK

Carbon Black is the main product recycled by Pyrolysis technology. The amount of recycled carbon black is 30% to 35% of the total amount of scrap tyres recycled in the system.

Carbon black produced by Pyrolysis process is more economical compared to carbon black produced primarily from petroleum and is more price-efficient to be used as an ingredient in the industries listed;

STEEL WIRE

The shipment and the containers

After sale service

1.Delivery time: It will be 15 days after we receive the deposit.

2.Warranty: The warranty period is 1 year, and other part exclude spare parts are 1 year.

3.Installation: Our company will send one technician for each set of machine for guiding your

installation testing the machine and training your workers.

The installation period shall be one month; you will pay salary for the technician with the

price USD60 per day.

Our welding use both automatic submerged arc welding and manual welding.

We use X-ray detection,can ensure machine safety in the course of operation.
