This type adopts fully new ink feeding system, the ink feeding system consists of 14 ink rollers of which 3 forme inking rollers this could ensure high quality for full color registeration. Good printing adaptability, which makes this type of machine more widely used.

Key Features:

Easy operation: Dampening feeding, ink feeding and pressing are all controlled by a handle. Photoelectric sensors used for controlling of the offset press of impression cylinder. The performance is reliable.

Precise Positioning: Positioning through front gauge and wheel type gauge. Good running for paper feeding side guide device and plate cylinder universal fine tuning.

Separation of water and ink: Water feeding system and ink feeding system are seperated. water amount and ink amount can be freely adjusted to meet requirements of different printing matters. it’s more frequently used for color print.

Preset counting: Computer controlled counters are adopted. paper feeding will automatically stops as soon as the preset printing amount is finished.

Double paper test: Double paper and multi-paper can be effectively controlled, and double paper and multi-paper can be automatically removed in operation model

Double revolving functions: Paper is sheet feed, which compensates small offset printing machine’s insufficient ink feeding capacity and widens applications of the printing.

Power spraying function: This function could avoid dirt on the backside of the printings.

Automatic ink feeding: This function enables average ink colors.

Installation and testing the machines: If the buyer need engineer from the seller's side, the seller should dispatch an engineer to buyer's side. The buyer pays all the expenses including the round air ticket, food and accommodation, and also pays 50$/day for engineer during the installtion and testing machine period.

Guarantee:Within one year guarantee from installation date. If the machine need repair during this period, the seller shall dispatch technician to buyer's side. The buyer pays all the expenses including the round air ticket, food and accommodation during the repairing period, and pays 50$/day for engineer. During this period, the seller will bear the cost for defective parts arisen by quality and mail the parts. but the freight for the defective parts should be paid by the buyer’s side.
