Shandong Haiyang Dredger Machinery Company Limited was established in 1992. Its branch is Qingzhou Haiyang Ore Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Over years of development, the company has been the largest production center of cutter suction dredgers, sand mining machinery and gold dredging machinery. To enlarge production, we have built Sea Leading Ship Machinery Co., Ltd. in Coastal Developing Zone in Weifang city, Shandong Province. With an area of more than two hundred acres, Sea Leading Ship Machinery Co., Ltd. owns blanking workshop, gold panning machinery processing workshop, machining workshop, anti-corrosion workshop, general assembly workshop, product debugging and testing center before ex-factory.

About Installation

1) Party A will send 2-3 qualified and experienced engineers to Party B's workplace to direct and guide the dredger's installation and training operation

2) To assist in the installation; Party B will arrange for 6-8 workers to aid these engineers.

3) Installation and test period is expected to take 10-20 days.

4) Party A's engineers must arrive at Party B's designated place within 3 days after the dredger has been transported to the workplace.

5) After the dredger's complete installation, Party B will coordinate Party A's engineers to test dredger's performance in appropriate water. Dredger Test includes: operation of the dredging, hydraulic and electrical systems, running of the dredger's outfitting equipment, and Party A's engineers' debugging of the dredger's natural work.

6) Party B's workers will follow Party A's engineers' proper arrangement. To ensure the smooth installation of the dredger, Party B will guarantee that Party A's engineers will return to China within 3 days after the dredger has been installed and tested successfully.

4. Dredger installed in the working site

The buyer should prepare workers, cranes, and equipment for dredger assembly at working site before seller's engineers arrived in the working site.

Operating room locates the front of the main deck, its size is according to the dredger.

The operating room has two doors, two fixed windows and two adjustable windows.

6. Transportation from factory. Detachable dredger, can be dismantle in the working site and assembly at working site.

8. Dredger shipped to the Tianjin port. The dredger is shipped in BULK to the destination port. The dredger will be put on bulk vessel, which with crance itself.

9) Dredger unloading in the destination port. Customers need to do custom clearance before dredger arrived. The buyer should provide documents before dredger shipped.

10. Dredger testing center before ex-factory. All dredgers will be tested in the factory testing center, performance and safety will be checked and recorded in the testing processing.

11. Dredging pump installed in the factory

Length of the testing center is 60m, width is 28m, and depth is 8m.

In order to guarantee good performance and safety of our cutter suction dredger, all our products will be tested in the testing center before ex-factory. It is tested like the machine working in the customer’s working site. Performance and safety will be tested and recorded in the testing process.

Before one day of the testing, engineers from different equipments of suppliers will be in the factory to assist the testing, for example, engineers from Cummins engine Chongqing; engineers from dredging pump company,; engineers from generator company. Usually, before 5 days for the testing, the seller will inform the buyer for supervising the testing process before dismantle the dredger.

For the testing, totally is 5 days. The 1st day is testing the sealing and anti-corrosion painting of the 3 pontoons; the 2nd day is hydraulic system testing; the 3rd day is main engine and auxiliary engine testing when dredger in the condition of working; the 4th day is hydraulic cutter driven system in the operating room, and the 5th day is dredging pump testing in different pressures of water flow.

In the testing process, there are may be natural reasons for testing stopping, for example, raining and snowing. So the testing may be extended to 10 days at most.

After testing, dredger will be tug out from the testing center for dismantle and shipping.

12. Dredger producing in the factory. There are dredgers in stock, which can be delivery in 30-50 days after deposit received.
