General opearation steps:

1. Record all check points (location tags ) at software and defined them.There are Unique ID number for each tags use for distinguishing different lcation

2. Define a route name for different rounds and distribute check points for each of them

3. Plan a schadule (when should guard visit these tags ,how often should visit )

4.Guard take patrol reader to visit these tags by scanning them. There is an internal clock inside of reader , meanwhile , visiting time, location (check point ID ) , guard name will be recorded at reader

5. Connect patrol reader to PC by data cable , you can know if guard vist follow your plan and when, where they visit . Certainly , you can export and print these patrol result .

PS: There are also staff ID card for your choice . Staff ID card is for distinguishing every guard. Each guard hold one staff ID card , and scan his staff ID card as he start patrol action, as a work handover ,then all result will follow as his name.
