• Provides an excellent surface treatment that greatly enhances functionality, performance, and longevity.

• Applied to parts feeders (aligning machines that conveys parts) that convey components

using the high coefficient of friction, taking advantage of the high wear resistance

and sound dampening properties.
• Can be applied with a textured surface finish (Coating thickness: 0.5 to 2 mm)

• As preparation for application of the polyurethane coating, applying

a primary adhesive after degreasing and sandblasting will strengthen the adhesion of the polyurethane

(rubber or polyester-based primary adhesives are preferable).
• We can provide our company's UPC30 A/B primary adhesive.

• The mixture ratio for the base compound (A) and the hardening compound (B) is 1:1,

and they should be mixed thoroughly to achieve a uniform mixture.
• After mixing, the chemical reaction will progress, so mix a quantity

that can be applied within 30 to 60 minutes.
• To store the remainder of the A/B materials, close the cap tightly,

and store upside down in a cool dark place.
• The coating is pale yellow in color, but it may be tinted with pigments, etc.
• The hardening compound B liquid may change to a brown color,

but this will not negatively affect performance.
