• Its non-stick and wear-resistant properties solve the drawbacks of fluorine coating,

good for components that need to be non-stick
• Adheres to regular rubber and can also be applied to airtight rubber material

• Coating a parts feeder (parts transport and sorting) will allow its use for rubber parts and other high-friction material

• High non-stick, weather-resistant, cold-resistant and insulating properties make

this product perfect for construction machinery or playground equipment in cold areas

• Keeps snow from collecting in satellite dishes

• Its non-stick and release properties make this a great coating for agitating

and dispersing blades or trays that come in contact with viscous substances
• Compliant with the Food Sanitation Act— can be used on food handling devices

• As preparation for application of the polyurethane coating, applying a primary adhesive after degreasing

and sandblasting will strengthen the adhesion of the polyurethane

(rubber or polyester-based primary adhesives are preferable).
• We can provide our company's UPC30 A/B primary adhesive.

• The mixture ratio for the base compound (A) and the hardening compound (B) is 1:1,

and they should be mixed thoroughly to achieve a uniform mixture.
• After mixing, the chemical reaction will progress, so mix a quantity

that can be applied within 30 to 60 minutes.
• To store the remainder of the A/B materials, close the cap tightly,

and store upside down in a cool dark place.
• The coating is pale yellow in color, but it may be tinted with pigments, etc.
• The hardening compound B liquid may change to a brown color,

but this will not negatively affect performance.
