Biomass material enter the gasifier through the feeding equipment, in the furnace, redox reaction takes place and high temperature gas is generated. The ash\dregs are continuously

discharged through the spiral dreg machine while isolation from the exterior is maintained

through the rotation valve.

Therefore the equipment can process rice husks and other biomass material for a long time on

continuous basis.The gasification reduces high temperature gas,which contains some impurities

like dusts and tar. After the auxiliary air are fully burned through the the specially designed gas

burner. The flow of gas and Haze is assisted by an air blower. Because the gas has not gone

through cooling and tar removal process, heat from the gas and the gas and the tar is fully

utilized, resulting in a higher heat efficiency.

Due to the high temperature combustion process, tar is fully decomposed and combusted. Therefore, environmental pollution by the tar can be avoided. The high temperature have

exchanges heat with the medium in the boiler, or mixes with cold air that can then be used in

the drying process later. Afterwards, the haze is emitted into the air through the chimney.
