Product Description

The ventilator provides a stable supply of air to aid combustion and forces air out of

the exhaust nozzles situated on both sides of the first-stage incinerator.

This process agitates and mixes the gases from combustion with air to produce

an optimal burn.

By maintaining equal air transfer with the ejector-based exhaust,

the unit creates a more efficient combustion climate to enable a perfect burn.

This process cuts back on smoke and soot and curbs dioxin emissions.

Second-stage incinerator structure
In the upper section of the incinerator is a second-stage furnace:

a reburner there keeps combusted gas at 800 degrees Celsius,

promoting reburning and ensuring that any unburned gas is fully combusted.

Simultaneously, the unit holds gases for sufficient time to break down dioxins and

prevent them from creating polluted exhaust.

Cyclone dust collector
Through a tangential-inlet cyclone dust is collected by centrifugal force,

preventing secondary pollution from the spread of dust and soot.

Robust internal structure
Aluminum-plated steel sheets provide excellent thermal and corrosion resistance.

The lower portion of the unit is lined with a fire-resistant castable,

providing ample resistance for even extreme, high-temperature use.

*Aluminum plating involves fused aluminum consisting of a multi-layer composite made

up of the base metal, an alloyed layer, and the aluminum coating layer.

By leveraging the strengths of each material, the resulting structure offers mechanical

strength, corrosion and weather resistance, heat resistance, and abrasion resistance,

making it suited to a wide range of applications.
